Chapter 9, page 174 starts with section 9.4.2 and talks about analysis with four segments; segment Y=0 if segment is “Hassel-free” not “Utility” as posted on ALL the Figures, and in text in the chapter!!!! So, change “Utility” to “Hassel-free”.

Chapter 14, page 283, References, numbers 5 and 6: reverse book references
so "Tukey, J.W., ..." is reference 6, and "Salsburg, D., ..." is reference 5.

Chapter 15, page 290, Table 15.1, last column - change second entry “0.28” to “0.27”

Chapter 15, page 290, section 15.3.1 third paragraph, next to last sentence - change “28 copies of models” to ”27 copies of models”

Chapter 15, page 291, Figure 15.8, slice for model 2 - change “28%” to “27%”
